Nick's 37th Birthday

On April 22nd Nick turned 37. We celebrated in many ways. Nick and I went to see "Riverdance" in Appleton the Saturday before. It was a surprise for Nick. It was a fantastic show that exceeded both of our expectations. The best part was spending day together just us. On Tuesday night we went to Fox and Hounds for a birthday dinner with Bridget, Jessica, Chris, Casey, Nick, Zeke and I. On his actual birthday we didn't do much because it was a day that Nick had to work late but he received a number of thoughtful cards and phone calls from friends and family. The highlight of the whole day though was Zeke took his first steps that night as a birthday present for his Daddy. It was pretty exciting. It was another great birthday and we know it will be another great year filled with God's blessings and love.

Easter Weekend

On Saturday 4/11 we had a birthday party in memory of Grandma Crego. She died this summer and her b-day would have been 4/9. We all miss her tons! It was so good to get together especially in her memory. I truly felt she was with us in spirit. She would have loved to see her Great grandkids playing together - her legacy and love lives on.

Zeke turned 9 months on Thursday and had his check up on Friday. It was a great appointment because while waiting for the doctor, Zeke crawled on his hands and knees for the first time. (He has been army crawling for about the last week and a half). It was cool because both mom and dad were present for his debut. He weighed in at 20lbs 12oz (55%) and he is now 30 inches long (95%).
